My family owns and operates the breeding and training facility, Pine Ridge Arabians is Corrales (Alb. Area), New Mexico.  Our relationship with Rick Horton goes back thirty years.  We have tremendous respect for Rick as a horseman and appreciate his extremely high level of integrity.  He has done work for us in many capacities including hauling.  Because he is an outstanding horseman we know that the horses he hauls for us and our clients will be well handled and taken care of properly.  He is especially good with inexperienced youngsters.  That is particularly important to us because many times he will be hauling horses that were born and raised here and have never been off the farm before.  It is especially critical that the first haul is a good experience and we know that no one is more capable of making that first time go smoothly than Rick.

This is just a note for a recommendation for Rick Horton. He has transported several of my horses from Kentucky and has done an excellent job. He always has a nice clean trailer with plenty of shavings, food for the horses, and water. The horses always seemed stress-free and comfortable. He also keeps in contact, letting you know where he is at and when he is due to arrive. I will continue to always use Rick for my transport needs and highly recommend him.
